GORRILLA RAGE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At GORRILLA RAGE, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our premium quality clothing and accessories. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help. 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have had tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items (unless defective).

Returns:

  • Please contact our customer service team at contact@gorrillarage.com to initiate the return process.
  • Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  • Our team will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  • Ensure all items are securely packed in their original packaging. Include all original accessories, parts, and documentation.
  • The items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached.
  • Customer is responsible for the return label, and a fee of $7.00 will apply. This fee will be deducted from the total amount of the returned item.
  • If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, GORRILLA RAGE will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. 

EXCHANGE:

  • To exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@gorrillarage.com to arrange the exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • Customer is responsible for the return label for exchange orders, and a fee of $7 will apply. 
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@gorrillarage.com. Include a photo of the damage or defect in your email. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • If the exchange is due to a defective item or an error on our part, GORRILLA RAGE will cover the shipping costs.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your exchange after we receive it.
  • You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been processed. 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items and notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. 
  • please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
